Frequently Asked Questions

How We Do Business.

The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

Q: Where is best to find out more information about pricing, the process, and techniques you use?
A: The fastest way is to reach out via phone to your closest location, but our contact form is a close second.

Q: What times are you available to treat my home or business?
A: As we do not want to interrupt your family or typical business hours, we will accommodate your schedule by treating your area, day or night.

Q: Do you disinfect for COVID-19?
A: Yes.

Q: Are the products you use safe?
A: Yes. Unlike common toxic pesticides that will leave the area with harmful chemical residue, ours is completely safe after application, giving you peace of mind.

Q: How long does treatment take?
A: Time varies on the size of the location, as well as the issue. For standard disinfection in a 2000 SQFT home, you can expect between 2 to 3 hours.

Q: You’re scheduled to treat my business. Great! How do I provide proof that we are disinfected to my customers when you’re finished?
A: We incorporate standard testing, before and after treatment. You will have the test results post treatment to show to anyone interested! In addition, we will provide material stating that your business is undergoing the proper disinfection measures to distribute throughout your establishment.

Q: Do you treat in [Insert city, state here]?
A: Yes, but inquire. We have offices and technicians all throughout Florida and Canada. We are consistently expanding, and have traveled up and down the east coast to treat specialty jobs.

Q: Do you work with insurance companies with mold remediation?
A: Yes. Insurance companies can be a handful, but we do our best to alleviate the stress from our clients, making the job as smooth as possible.

Q: Will you do partial jobs for less cost? I only want to disinfect one part of my business.
A: No. With proper disinfection, it’s all or nothing. Many of the invisible threats are airborne, traverse through your HVAC, and spread throughout your home or establishment. Unless the entire home or establishment is treated, your disinfection will not be effective.

Q: What other ways are there to cut cost? Can we not do testing and reduce the amount?
A: We are priced to be one of the most competitive disinfection and mold remediation companies in the US and Canada. We will not cut corners or deliver you a half baked service, even if you are seeking it.

Q: Are you hiring?
A: Yes! We are always seeking intelligent, highly motivated, qualified candidates to join our team. Reach out to Corporate@NanoGuardCP.com and attach your resume.
