Temporary Mold Damage Aesthetic Restoration – Office Space
Our client was dealing with confirmed mold growth behind the walls but was not in a position to complete a full remediation at this time. While we always recommend addressing the source and removing contaminated materials, we understand the need for a cleaner, more presentable space in the interim.
To improve the aesthetics and provide some temporary protection, we:
• Prepped and protected the work area with plastic sheeting and tape to keep the space clean.
• Cleaned and primed baseboards using Zinsser® Mold Killing Primer, designed to cover staining and inhibit surface mold regrowth.
• Refreshed the appearance of the affected areas so the office looks neat while awaiting full remediation.
This approach is not a substitute for proper mold remediation, but it provides a short-term improvement in appearance until the client is ready to address the underlying cause.
